I riveted and epoxied a mount to my helmet. The helmet's a Bell Bellistic which isn't made anymore. But the mount has been solid and tidy.

So you had the Bell Bellistic? and just riveted it to the helmet? hmm may have to try that first before the epoxy. Thanks for all the great ideas can't wait for school to be done and over with so i can start filming !!!

Anybody tried a chest mount? It would be much more stable, but you're only shooting straight ahead.....

Chest mount is a great idea and could be easily incorporated into your vest.

Helicopter mount made me dizzy and I don't see much benefit in it being able to swing around. Its hard to follow what's going on.

i have used the chest mount before and it works ok if you don't position it right though you look at the handle pole pad the whole time.
