(something I have done a MILLION times) As I was backing down, a friend in the back seat mentioned it looked like it slipped a little. I ignored this, and continued down the ramp. Then, within a second....I watched her slide out the back from my rear view mirror. Honestly, one of the scarriest moments of my life. lol. She slid out nose first, and I heard it hit and slide a bit. EVERYONE and their mom watched this happen at the boat ramp.... Took me a while to collect myself to assess the damage. I creaped around to the front of the ski, to find it wasn't really that bad :bigok: A friend and myself, picked it up and walked about 6ft to the water and dropped her in. Everything ran ok, so I was happy.

It was pretty close to beating the others, lol! When I saw that there wasn't really THAT much damage, I couldn't help but laugh at myself. :slap:

:):):):) happens....I left one of my skis in the bed of the truck to flush last summer....pull it so the ass end stuck about 2 feet out..

hooked up the flush, went inside for a minute and came back to find the entire ski on the driveway still running and flushing!

I dont mess around with anything that has a plastic bedliner. keep it tied till it's ready to come out.

those things are as slick as a greased up hooker in a bathtub full of jello.

It feels a lot snappier! He did a great job when he did the porting. :biggrin: As far as a surf run...not a clue. Skinnyman, Bob, and myself will be making the trip to the Rock n Ride, so yo can test her out then. :fing02:

Stacy, I can't wait to see how much snappier she is...she was mint before, so I can only imagine! :cheer:

I did price tickets for DJ's ride this morning, and I have to admit tis mega cheaper compared to waiting a few days before hand. I hope I get to make it, but I have to wait on my decision. All is looking super good right now, for things are going extremely well here (our orig plan is on, and I need to ask him where that was). I can't wait to try out that new Trinity he's getting (that thing was a tank for me to ride before, lol :wall:).

Hopefully you can fix your ski up so she looks pretty for pics before then!

oh noooooooo! man i bet you had to take a couple of breaths before getting out of your truck!

you should have just parked your truck, walked to your ski, stand in the tray and start it, give it a couple of revs, look around, and go ask some one why it isnt going any where! hahahahahaaaaaaa! that would have been priceless, just act like it was all on purpose..........

at least its not too bad and you dont have to worry about scratchin it.............we've all done it.......
