Goin to Destin, FL for the weekend. Anyone riding?

Hey guys I was wondering how the water is down there? Is that alot of seaweed and crap floating thanks to the hurricane?? I dont want to lug my skis all the way down if theres a bunch of debris in the water.

I went out tuesday and it was super clean.There wasn't much to play on though.It's supposed to be building up right now though.I'm looking for some people to hit the waves with me,but everyone seems to have engine problems,going out of town,or sick! Right when i finally get some of my stuff ready nobody else can go. :nutkick:

well the only place I know to put in is in the bay, and its a pretty long hull out to the ocean, with a long ass no wake zone.. thats why I wasn't gonna bring it down.

well I'm down here. The water looks GREAT! Bad thing is I have no skis :crying:
I went home friday night to put my sj on the trailer and take my xp off. When I noticed that my RXP had a crack on the bottom of it down to the fiberglass... Since RXP have a history of delaminating, I left them at home and asked my dad to take it to the shop for me so it could get fixed while I was gone.. SO bummed I have no skis.:crying:

I live in Miramar Beach on the edge of Destin. I know most of the spots to ski around the area. Haven't seen to many stand-ups around. Always looking for others so send me a line if anyone is in the area.
