Super Jet Going spearfishing...possible?

Location
Thailand
Hi guys,

I am spearfisher, and I would like to know, if it is possible to modify/create something on my Superjet, so I can take my speargun/fins/mask...with me. In general, I just need to go out on flat sea 1 km away. Any ideas welcome

I've seen plenty of couches fitted out for fishing activities. I'd be focusing on how you intend to anchor a Superjet and how to keep it from sinking whilst you're diving (I'd hate to see my Superjet turn up beside me whilst diving at 10 metres).

Once you've got all that sorted you still have to allow for all your fishing gear. Maybe just invest in a cheap couch for fishing duties?

He means a sit down type jet ski not a stand up type jet ski...

I don't know how much gear you have, mask, spear. Fins, then if you catch a fish ? Sounds like a lot to tote around. What about towing a small netted tube or a small kyak or a surf board or stand up paddle board with your gear on it

Harbor, exactly---towing something behind during slow ride (sitting on knees) sounds like a good idea. Somebody was towing behind standup something ? how it went ?
For spearfishing I got everything needed - speargun, gloves, fins, socks, gloves, line, float...in general I would be happy to catch 1-2 fish and then go back. Of course I need tow it, but what I saw, it was behind standard sit jetski...

Back in the day you could purchase a dedicated towable, pretty much a floating trailer, for couches. You could store fuel containers and such in them. They pop up on EBay from time-to-time.

Having towed the odd dead 'ski to shore with a stand up I can assure you it's a slow, painful process. I don't know if a fully loaded towable would be much better. Anyhoo, something to consider...

I know its not exactly what you are asking but I use this backpack for all of my gear (two sets of everything - pole spears not guns). Although it's a little heavy I would have no problem using this while riding. I actually plan to try this method this next weekend on our camping trip. I can let you know how it works if you would like. If you really wanted to I bet you could mount it to your handle pole with a few straps.
