Going to the darkside...

I just got an xl1200 65U that was going to be raped of the power plant and go into a B1.
The more I clean up the XL though the more I think about just keeping it all together.

(No a B1 isn't a sit down, no one actually sits on them :p)

That thing looks pretty clean dude! Do you need a tow vehicle? Rock it all summer then tear it down!

I think the truck can pull that cow.
I was gonna rock it all summer but she's been sitting since 99 and when I started it she reved too high and almost ran away even with the idle screw closed so I know for a fact the case has a leak, a real bad one.
So now it's been pushed to the back of the garage until I get enough motivation to pull the engine.

I might just clean it up really well and sell it as is.

Check the rear seals, they're known to come out and cause leaks. Also get rid of the choke and put a primer on to fix the hard start issues.

Primer is installed.
Checking anything at the rear of that engine while it's still in the ski is next to impossible( for me anyway, that's a lot of effort)
