@Captnem There should be an envelope on the upper right - just to the right of your user name - click it "Start a new conversation" with @SteveC

BTW, how you purchase from @JetManiac is by requesting what you want to buy from him via a "conversation." Other great ventors like @waxhead has a website Waxracingproducts.com and @john zigler has a website watcon.com both of which have "contact" forms and phone numbers to contact them.

For new oem parts go to partzilla.com. If new parts are not available, cut the oem part number and enter it into ebay to find the ski body or other parts you need.

P.S. Edit your thread title to read: "Couch for Good Wife"

I have a mint 1997 GSi for my wife, she loves it. A few other ladies in our group ride them as well. The 720 is a great motor, the single carb sips on fuel from the huge tank, which I believe to be around 13-14 gallons. Hard to beat it, especially when 720 motors and parts are everywhere.

The only thing about the GSI is it has a one off ignition module with two large connectors instead of one , MPEM's for them are next to impossible to find and nothing else fits it, nor does anyone make a replacement module for it , the GS uses the same MPEM as a 97 and up GTI and 2001 GTS , tons of those out there. Just something to keep in mind .
