I bought the one that Harbor Freight sells. Every now and then they have a coupon that will bring the price down to $70-$80. Makes finding those lost bolts you dropped in the engine bay easier to find. The one HF sells has a slightly larger camera head on it though which may not be as good for some REALLY tight areas. You can't download the pictures/video on the HF one either to my knowledge but the LCD screen is bigger which is very helpful.

Can you use it to see piston wash?

I think the one from harbor freight is just a hair too wide to fit in the spark plug hole. I'd bet a slight shave on each side would make it fit. The one linked above will definitely work.
