Soooo.... Google places ads based on what YOU are looking at and researching. For instance I was looking for some firearms related items on google/ amazon, and was surprised to see a ad for ammunition on the X when I logged on later that day.

It's a service offered by google called remarketing. They have a video here if you want to see how it works http://www.google.com/ads/innovations/remarketing.html
