And how many of the "defendants" were well prepared and actually arguing the case, and not you, "tHE MAN", or the system?

Accually I had one guy come in with a powerpoint presentation about how close the speed limit signs were together and how close I was in reference to the signs. It just helped my case. He was prepared but he was not factual.
I had some lawyers come in representing their clients but bottom line was I had my ******** together and the judge knew I didn't write BS tickets.

Called the court and found out the ticket cost......

$115 for not having a @#$%#$#^$$^ life preserver on a blow up boat

I dont even know if ill pay it, i think ill wait and see if they do anything.

Good point! I am almost positive that the PFDs are not required on the Sevylor inflatables on the inland waters in NJ.

maybe those little inflatable kayacs or whatever...but this thing had a motor on it...

I think post count comes with some credibility. I feel much more comfortable buying something from some one with 1000 post than I do from some one with 2.

it was a dinghy (is that how you spell it) with a 5 horse (SLOWWWWWWWWW) on it. my uncle said hed take care of it though. We'll see if i get arrested or not.........ha
