that depends on the density of the foam.

Lets all play beat around the bush shall we? If you were to re-foam a round nose, how much foam would you order and what density. I have never re-foamed a round nose so I thought I could get a general idea before ordering.

4 cubic feet worth, the density is up to you. Some people do 2, some 3, some 4 lbs/cu.ft, so if you do 2lbs/cu.ft, then you will need 8 lbs of it. For 3 lbs/cu.ft, you'll need 12 lbs, or 16 lbs for the 4lbs/cu.ft.

It also depends on the weather, mixing it properly, etc.

I wasn't beating around the bush, i figured you already knew what density you were using.
