Got me a new ski hauler

Took wife clothes shopping today, she says, lets go by the Ford store and check out the new Saleen Mustangs. (She has a 05 Saleen SC281). Walked in the showroom door and there it was, my new grey 07 Saleen SC331 truck
(#93 of 300 for 07 yr model). Now I can run late and still get there early.
I'm predicting gas mileage is gonna SUCK!!!

stang is a 5spd man/428hp 400 ft lb torque
truck is a auto(only way u can get it) 450hp/500 ft lb torque

car goes 8.0 in 1/8 on stk tires and 7.0 on slicks

truck-don't know yet, was goin to drag strip tonight, but started raining.

HAHA You forgot F**ker Only Runs Downhill....And did you know 90% of fords ever built are still on the road today....... The other 10% made it home.

Just crap that I have heard. I am stoked for you... that is AWSOME... I miss my Lightning so bad. There is nothing better than handing a corvette driver his ass at the next stop light... out the window of your TRUCK....LOL Makes them so mad

Never heard that one, but now I've got to use it, thanks! lol

Your lightning may have outrun some older vettes, but try smoking a c6 z06, it will never happen, probably not even a stock c6 if the driver is halfway competent. Problem with vettes is that too many of the drivers are in their mid life crisis or old and can't drive worth a damn. They just upgraded from an SUV due to said crisis.

I ate vetts all day long but my truck wasn't stock by a long shot it was around 550 HP being conservative but still only cost 2/3 of the vett price. I will admit that vetts are fast but anything under 1/4 mile and they were mine.
