Just make sure that there is a restrictor on the line from the front of the head.
Dumping too much water makes flow in the head turbulent.
Turbulent water has very poor heat transfer properties and will not remove heat from the head properly.
A restricted, dribbly pisser from the front of the head, however, is good!

I'm assuming you're only stating this if you're running one cooling line from the pump. If you're running two, there should be enough volume to keep the flow in the head from being "turbulent".

This is my assumption...

No restrictor off the front fitting, the ski runs perfect. Not putting one in.

Ran the rest of the year, sunk it, cracked hull, cracked bracket area. Still runs mint.

even with two cooling lines, if there is excess water velocity
across the heads you will lose cooling of the heads and can eventually fry them.
turbulence is a factor of the water velocity and the shape of the pipe it is going through
you want the pisser off the front of the head to dribble so you can check temp.
but a high flow pisser will cause the water to accelerate across the heads reducing cooling
dual cooling or not has little or no effect
at this point the water flow rate is set by the hoses, fittings and passages

hello
I would change those grilded nuts to an open type ,that way you can allways be sure that they are tight with the correct amount of torque, sometimes they fill tighten ,but the washers are loosse

open all the headpipe adjusting bolts and spread marine grease on the thread
