Okay guys,

My current engine spec is as follows...

Fully ported/ramped 62T cases
R&D Dominator 785cc cylinder
Wiseco forged flattop pistons
Jetshed superstock true/welded crank
R&D Dominator girdled head
Vforce2 reeds
R&D intake manifiold (Port matched)
Riva 48mm powerbomb carbs
PROK filters
Lightened flywheel
MSD ign enhancer
ATP billet drive couplers
Ported/polished Factory pipe B Mod
Custom mod chamber 1.5" shortened by Alan Pickard
Modified stock waterbox (Empty lol)

Now i cant help it but i really want more power. Ive spoken with a few people and its looking to cost me about $3200 to make my current spec into an 8mil stroker.

The engine feels okay as is and its reliable but i cant help wanting more... realistically how much more would i get from an 8 mil stroker, do you think its worth it?:crazy:

From where though buddy. Strokers arent that popular here in the UK?

Id probably be better off getting one built and shipped from the US. Which one is best, how much power am i likely to get and what sort of cost is involved?

Will i be able to use any of my current block?

if you get a stroker and they are not popular in the uk then you might want to get two. if the motor or crank goes you will miss out on alot of ride time till you get it back. strokers are more maint. and shorter life vs stock stroke. where did your Total loss go? put that thing back on for one.

Took the TL off and sold it dude. Really couldnt be arsed with it keep messing me about. Now i ride with a lightweight charging f/wheel and an MSD enhancer.

90% of the performance with zero agro.

true, you have almost the same setup as mine with more displacememt. i think mine rips bigtime and i want to learn to ride it to the very edge of what it can do Then i will bore up and make more power to learn to ride etc etc. you can do what ever you want but i would keep that motor for a backup if you go with a stroker motor. what ever you do it will make your ski even more tits.

I rode it saturday, He has pump/prop issues.

The pump combo may not be absolutely perfect, but it isn't far off. I believe he's a bit rich on the bottom. The only thing the perfect pump setup will do is help cover up the other issues. He's got a pretty good challenge ahead getting that motor to work like it should.

LOL, just got off the phone with him, rejetting again..................

told him to quiet chasing his tail and focus on one part of it and to quit changing 3 things at once!!!!!!!!!!.

I think Wasteland would have better luck getting it dialed in!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, he graduates from Boot Camp tomorrow morning....... will post up pictures of him this weekend when I get back.

Like any modified motor there is some trial and error to get it dialed in. In Crammits case he runs a package that Jetworks recommended. And when I say that, from ignition, to porting, to stroke, to pump. He has helped others get similar packages and they work well.
Charles, correct me if I am wrong.

If you have a builder just build you a motor, they can give you some good starting points but it may take some tinkering with to get it right.
