More than likely you need to build a new cylinder/matching head if wanting to add a stroker crank.
You must set port mapping based on the stroke FIRST, port mapping goes way out of wack if you try and add a stroker crankshaft after building the cylinder for a 68mm stroke...

+5mm stroker crank coupled with our Big Bore package (85mm) equals 828cc of one of our most popular, potent, and proven packages. Power delivery is smooth and strong no matter what RPM you are at. This is powerplant of choice for Team X Scream Surf Rider "Pancake" Pete Scheidt.

no appologies needed.

I would look into Norcal's Lamey setup. That is a really good price.

Norcal has a nice motor for sale at a good price. I'll say this, though. The Lamey is a nice setup and can run good, but if your OE cylinder is built well it can run every bit as well. All things equal, an unported Lamey will run better than an unported OE cylinder. Once ported(properly) the only significant advantage of the Lamey is the beefier casting and the ability to cut the cylinder top and bottom to put deck heights where desired. The extra ports are nice, but contribute more to flow symmetry than flow quantity. My point is that if your motor runs well now and you don't move up to a stroker you may be disappointed in the result.
