my unit is a hard wire to the batt power in the ski..

that is part of the reason why i think it would be a good fit inside the ebox. that and size.

i am looking into potting them if i can. or epoxy coating the boards.

no pics of the unit. they are not posted. it is roughly the size of a deck of cards and for our use it will be a 2 wire install, power and ground, but could be added to the bilge switch to simulate the ignition power for real time tracking and speed sensing.

it uses about 14 milli-amp draw at rest and slightly more during tracking.
