just saw your site, tons of great info, wanted to say hello as i am picking up a square nose sj650.
figure i'll be around to gather info, share some thoughts and obviously the usual smack talk and slaggin that takes place in forums..all in good humour of course.
live in the pacific N.W. just up the coast from vancouver, so if anyones close by say hi, maybe we can go ride/meet.
i do have one quick question.
pretty much all my ridding will be salt water, so in order to properly flush things i was thinking of cutting the cooling hose leading to the top of the head, addind a "T" coupler on there with one part being a fitting for a garden hose, this way when i get home i can screw the garden hose into the "T" and flush out the internals.. obviously this T will be capped so I maintain the systems integrity whilst ridding
is that the best method of cleaning after salt water rides? obviously a good hosing of the turf, intake and impeller areas.
any other suggestions would be apreciated.
