Nice to see this thread return. A few years away from jet skis and I don't know what's going on or where to find out. I was lost without the GTA thread.

X2. The idea of a FB group fell apart quick with people leaving due to the notifications. FB in general is so chaotic that even when I know I saw something posted between all of the groups I can't even find it. I was hoping this thread took off again and was a platform for us to communicate but it hasn't really happened.

The X also dropped the Riding groups subforum so it will be hard to organize our posts like we did before.

Looking at making a group chat for surf in the gta. Main riding locations would be Pickering, Scarborough, Burlington, Wasaga, Tiny, Dunnville Area. I would just spit out surf reports and see who can meet up to shred. Let me know if your interested. Not sure if it'll be on the FB or here.

Worth getting this going for the 2020 season? I'm unsure what weekend I'll be hosting a ride because Canada day falls on a wednesday. Was considering august long weekend if nothing else comes up

I'd love to keep this thread alive. Just need more of us on here posting. I'll try to track down the hosts for 2020 rides and get the dates together. I dont want things falling apart - Jetskis are the best part of summer (and the worst).

Yea its a little depressing to see. Hopefully we get together a few times with some decent group sizes. I'd love to get some freerides on the calendar. I'll send some PMs out to some usual hosts and see what I get back.

Well I'm back after a few years off. I dusted off the ski and got out a few times last summer. Now I have a carbon BAM hull coming my way soon. I'm fully back into it. Hopefully I can make it out to some rides this year.

I might be able to make it to a Pickering ride or three. Anything further out would be a miss just due to the rolling on of life and changes it brings. Pickering I think is about as far away as I can manage these days.

Aside from losing my mind being couped up at home most of the time, things are ok here. Not happy that the boat ramps are all locked down though...I haven't bothered to even put the battery in my ski until they let summer begin :confused:

Renovated one of the spare bedrooms. Finished all my outside downspout/sump pump drain work. Topsoil and seeded. Removed the mirrors, spackled and painted, then cut a hole in the wall of my dining room for a window. Polished and added stripes to the jet ski trailer. New rear sway bar on the Tundra. I need to get back to work to relax!
