Yes but it didn’t happen even when protec offered theirs.a bit telling of the outcome IMO.

That half pipe looks nice, not so sure about chamber only setup that stock mod pipe looks janky w/o bread box on there.

I've had a bunch of those thru here. the protect manifold bolts up exactly like the stock manifold but the runners are closer to being the same length and Y into one so the exhaust doesn't just smash into each other. that's why anything that uses the stock manifold doesn't perform at its full potential. different length runners for each cylinder is like running 2 pipes that aren't the same. putting an expansion chamber on the stock manifold is going to be better than the bread box but probably not worth the extra cost of the chamber

That is a ProTec A pipe. Good pipe for 650 motor, nice and light and you can run stock or their better manifold. Great pipe for smaller displacement motors. I have one on a 650 that runs strong
