If you rebuilt the engine, and didn't change anything with the carbs you probably have an air leak on the lean cylinder. Spending your time trying to tune your carbs to take care of it is likely to end in another rebuild. Verify that your carbs have matching jets and screw settings and the internal filters are clean, if so, your problem is likely elsewhere.

OP, I'd bet on that front crank seal (flywheel side) leaking air and screwing with your mind.

Oh dude you'll go through every component that thing needs to operate unless you run a leakdown test NOW!!!!!

Takin to OP ofcourse. Look man, leak that thing down. You can't run something rebuilt or built or whatever without making sure it holds that 8-10 psi for at least a few minutes. Group K hooked me up with everything for like 60 bucks. You can even hunt down the parts locally if you want. Home Depot or Lowes has the rubber and hoses but good luck finding an associate to take you to it! lol

If you don't already have a leak down kit it would be cheaper to just replace that seal by turning that b*tch upside down and pop the lower case off real quick to replace the seal but it's worth just building a leak down kit cause it can be used on any two stroke in the future.

That doesn't matter. Always pressure test a rebuilt 2-stroke. New gaskets and seals can still leak, I've seen this first hand.
