Guys who have rev hulls please read

I was in that video. I Just got my new pre-preg REV hull last week and I got to tell you I love it. The craftsmanship of the fit and finish is second to none. I remember looking at the Norbert hulls at the world finals last year and thinking how nice they are and the REV one ups it. The benifit of all the built in options as well as custom ones is awesome. LOOK FOR ME AT THE WORLD FINALS IN PRO FREESTYLE ON MY REV!

Take a look at the first picture. Do you see a hicky mark where the hood and the ski meet? What do think caused this?

possibly just the gelcoat? Gelcoat is very brittle. :thinking:

Hood and hull were hitting, not enough clearance. There could have been a small blister behind the gel coat, but that is hard to tell. Put both together and that is what you see. It happens. I told Coung to clearance the hood after the seal wears in and that never happened. That was the main culprit.
