The 148 pump will be available in either set back or non setback drive-shaft applications. The pricing for the complete stator section will be between 800-850 that includes the wear ring and tail cone. We are working on confirming a solid delivery date for our first run and will know definitive dates very soon.

if you had a chance to ride my Foot Rocket at Daytona you would have felt it.
Best pump on the market, hands down! Puts so much more power to the water and stays connected, even in sloppy white water.

I'm not sure on the weight... it's a bit heavy since it's stainless...
I will say this... I ran this pump last summer with my DASA 850... Details:
Early last summer I ran my Foot Rocket with the Dasa 850, 46mm OEM carbs, MSD enhancer and a 144 Skat-Trak Mag pump. Loved it! Swapped the 144 for the the H2O Designs 148 pump, and man what a difference. I could instantly feel that I was able to get more power to the water... like regearing a vehicle. Biggest power and hookup gains could be felt on flat water and in choppy, sloppy conditions. To be honest, it made my 850 feel like a lot more than that. To make the comparison fair, I used the same pitch prop and cones before I started playing with different props, cones nozzles etc.
a few months before Daytona I swapped the Dasa 850 for a Dasa 1000... unreal...
my point, for the power you get to the water, the weight is neglegable....

Skat 155 Mag weighs a little over 10 lbs as i have one here on the scale here before i assemble it. The non billet two pc light weight one.
On another note the stock wear ring 2 lbs 3 ozs and the solas is 9 lbs 5ozs, so a solas 144 mm is 11lbs 8ozs. This was done on a postal scale so its pretty accurate. So from what I have seen they are all within a few ozs or lbs, so put the cheese burger down
If you really feel the Solas, H2O, or Skat will make that much of a difference in weight, stick with stock its the lightest.

Sorry bro, not interested in selling... I love this pump... only way I will get rid of this pump is if I upgrade to a bigger motor, and then a bigger pump.

Which is not far off from the solas when you add the impeller housing plus you get 4 mm diameter increase in flow volume ( water migration).

I've heard from others that it's an amazing piece and attention to detail / quality is second to none. And at its price point, I'm pretty sure it's going to be a game changer. If I go up any more in motor size, this is the way I'm going.
