Quick update on the nose rocker. foam poured and shape is started. in the last pic you can see the widened bondrail out front.

Finally a little update. I got the carbon overlay almost finished up so I will now be going back to the finishing the nose rocker mod. A couple pics of my first carbon work.

long time no post... trying to do too many things this time of year, it's hard to find time to post updates. this picture shows the front hood hinge, thats probably the only thing different thing you can see. I reenforced the insides of the hull with carbon and now everything is going back together. It should hit the water in two weeks. I may get it assembled before I do the wide bond rails so I can feel how big of difference it makes.

Painted the ski today. should be almost ready for wavedaze by monday. Put a wetjet manifold with a 48mm lamey carb on it so it may need a little tuning. also did a little more carbon work on the nose, turned out pretty nice. installed the maniac big bore throttle cable, this thing Rocks. butter smooth pull.

How tough is that carbon overlay to install?? Looks great. I bet that ski is a blast to ride!!!
