Harbor Freight Trailer Opinions

anyone used the double trailer from harbor freight...price looks good and there is a store close by so hopefully I wouldn't have to pay for shipping. Main question is would a gp760 and a squarenose fit on it with a storage box on front? If anyone has any picts of them they would be appreciated.

From what I've seen locally, they don't carry the PWC trailers in the store. Just the red powdercoated utility type. I have a Reliance single trailer that looks identical to the HF trailer. It's a little weak in construction for heavy skis, regardless of what the stated capacity is. For a couple standups, I think it's an economical choice. For a larger ski, I'd go with a different option.

No problem man....welcome!

My brother in law has a small HF trailer that he is pretty happy with.

HF seems to be, ah, generous in their capacity rating. You almost might think they don't know the difference between gross weight and capacity.

I am modifying it to put a SN on the front, but I only have a WR500 and a 750sx on mine

got a buddy to do the welding for free later this week! :Banane01: :Banane01:

skis move back and the frame will hold carpeted 6 ft 2x4s. plan to make a nose hook on an end, too!
I did change the coupler to a much heavier duty 2" ball to match all my other trailers and to compensate for increased tounge weight.

I have the standard 4x8 trailer with bunks bolted down to a sheet of plywood and astro turfed over. Fits 2 standups and a box without a problem. It's also really low so if you tow with a car you don't have to back in too far.
