well this weekend i bought some clay wax and a non abrasive pad so ill see what happens! im going to do it today! i went to a car and boat detailer that works next to me and he set me up.

That was going to be my next suggestion... Liquid clay.. But your best bet would be just wipe it dry right after a ride, before the sun gets it too hot...
And I think the hull is black smc, but the hood is deffinitely white.. So anyone that decides to paint a 2012 sj strip the paint off first, you'll be glad you did

ya i already have scratches were the fire extinguisher sits on top of the hood and its white underneath.
