Besides shmity's kit, is there no one else that makes a steering kit for the 2008+ SJ with the STOCK pole??

Yes, I already tried to buy shmity's kit, but he disappeared with my money...

I am looking for something to. But think I might just rig something up. I am going to use an 07 cable and figure out something to mount inside the handle pole so it stops it before the stock mounting place.

How long has it been, I bought and got it it a pretty timely manner, it dissappeared for a month when I ordered my trim kit from him.. but it still arrived..

what does this kit include? My wife has an 08 and she broke her first steering cable after installing a UMI steering sys. and turn plate. I was told her only option was to buy an aftermarket pole and pre 08 cable. Any feedback would be great. Thanks

Its comes with a mounting bracket and a steering cable. The bracket mounts inside the top of the pole to hold the cable stable so it can extend more.

I think you can get it without the turnplate too and just use your umi steering plate
