Has anyone tried the GoPro HD cam yet?

Just curious if anyone has used one yet. looking at the videos on vimeo i am liking what i am seeing except for the rechargeable battery.

I just received mine in the mail on Monday. I have yet to play around with it though....hopefully this weekend I can get some footage.

WHAT? That's the best part. Go Pro's $hitty aaa battery system has been its archillies heel on the older models (well that and they tend to stop working after a year or so)

It just seems easier to stick AAA's in it rather than worrying about buying one or 2 extra rechargeable packs. It would be nice if you could use the battery pack and AAA's.

the lithium aaa were the only ones that lasted more than a ride and they were 6 bucks each use,the built in pack is far better
