I was overly impressed with all those backflips in a row! They just make it look easy is all...those guys are in some serious shape and have practiced hard, no doubts! It did make me wonder what's so different about their set-ups though.

Sounds like it.. At least it was farthing that did it while in the lead. It's crazy they only did one lap and they have to refuel before the restart. That means they time these races within one lap or so of being out of fuel..

Think they were actually at about lap 3 or 4. There is a link on the IJSBA website that gives the duration of the races for fuel purposes. They probably only put about 15 minutes worth of fuel on a 12 minute race.

Yes it is. I went to Lee Stones website and watched some videos and he definitely trained his butt off. I'm sure there are tons more that sacrificed a lot to get to the event, and winning must feel absolutely amazing.
