Have these sleeves been modified (61x)

In the 61x cylinder, do all sleeves hang down on the top of the exhaust port? the sleeve and casting are flush in this one.

And how much of a difference in bottom end is there, if this one has been modified.

i call that no variance between cylinder to cylinder
all have this mis matchup
