650/X-2 Hello from Germany

I dont know im here right but i need to say hello!
My Name is Marco 36years old and a freeride freestyle jet driver from germany. I have 5 stand up 650sx, one 650 superjet and one x2! To time i Work on a full portet and full inside polish 650 engine for the x2. All my engines i build By myself because my Job is building American V8 Race Engines. So im happy when i can help some guys with my expirience over 19 years for two stroke Performance Engines.........

Tomorrow i Look for some Pics from the First Step of the port Job! The crankcase is ready for Polish......
With this Porting from the crankcase i have good experience. Give them more Filling Speed to the cylinder intakes! The Porting Goes down to the end of the crankshaft simular with the crankcase from the 750sxi. Bad is you Need to Weld the Ends from the case to close the Holes in them!!!!
What i learn in all the years of 2 Stroke Engines Never Touch the Upper Side from the Inlet! You Lose a lot of tourk. Polish and little rounding no Problem.

What is your reasoning for grinding the oil hole area so steep? Are you worried at all about oil making it into the hole?

Most I have seen look more like this:

This is a 650sx Case Not a 750 Case! This deap grinding gives more filling speed to the cylinder like a little turbo. The first engine with this porting i drive it now 5 years without Problems! When i finished the cylinder port i will send some pics of this because the Case port Work with the cylinder port together.
The oiling holes i Drill a little bigger......
Tomorrow i Put a old cylinder on the Case and look to get a good pic from the inside and you will See the big Intake hole like a funnel! Dont forget that the air fuel mixture going first Under the crankshaft and the turning crankshaft throws all up......

What you can doo is a little self test! Open your mouth and blow on your Hand, After that you pointed your lips and blow again! You will See its colder and have more speed the same make the funnel
