SXR Help boat keeps shutting down

So here's the story I bought a clean stock 07 sxr and had little to no time on so I took it and made it into a limited setup race ski. My first ride on it was ok but when I was doing wide open throttle runs it was acting funny I could go the length of the pond one way just fine but when I was coming back the other way it would lack in power just a hint then shut off. It did that two or three times then I just parked it. Do you guys think it could be jetting or electrical?

Pull your plugs, snap some pics and post em up. That'll be a good start.

List as much of your setup as you can as well, carb settings too.

Factory dry pipe, v force 3 reeds, Ada reed spacer, Ada head 22cc drop down domes, .060 base gasket, r&d timing advance, r&d dominator intake manifold, 46mm red tops jetting is 125 pilots 120 mains 2.0 n&s. ill have to take some pics of the plugs but they are dark and wet.
