Blaster help. cant work out this running problem

well ive sorted the problem. either the cdi (replaced with msd) or the fact i put a whole heap of dielectric grease in the plug caps and used a couple of those msd boot holder things.
anyway, took it out and it runs faultlessly besides the plugs. if i ride around 1/4 throttle and pull the plugs i can get the front plug to come out black but the rear will allways come out the colour above (even with the low speed 3 turns out). and with the highs 3 turns out the plugs will also come out the same colour above after a wot run. runs strong.
leak down test was good, dropped 1/2 a psi over 30min at 10psi. jetting is the same as the first post. it loads up and takes a bit to clear if you ride a 1/4 throttle for a bit but im assuming thats because of my low pop off pressure (21psi) clears out quick and goes hard. any help appreciated
