your mixture might be wrong depending on which hardener you took, you will have to let it completly cure before applying additional layers otherwise it will blow air pockets

assuming ur in NY id say its rather cold. it takes awhile to cure in cold weather. itll be tacky for abit

so the first layer cured totally used 120z biax in the tray and applied second layer and i have air bubbles in it any suggestions..

i was thinking that ill wait a couple of days and lay one more layer over it think this will cause a problem?

I normally mix mine hott (with too much hardener)
Mine cures pretty fast, but im pretty sure its not good to add to much hardener. I just pour, squirt, mix and go no measuring.

if it is drying really slow bc it is cold out you can use a halogen spot light and shine it directly on it about 15inches away... the radiant heat from the light will help it cure much faster than normal... and adding too much hardener will not give the same strength as a correctly mixed batch..... although it will still work..... imo
good luck with it
