Help, Midshaft stuck to pump shaft

I cut a section off and it still won't budge lol. Looks like water got in somehow. I greased it well upon install, so I'm not sure what's going on.

It looks like you are missing the o-rings.
The orings are both there, and in perfect shape

That is an a/m midshaft that looks like it has been machined for a custom application. Was there a thrust washer behind the midshaft coupler?

No there wasnt. I figured it was AM because it looks crappy compared to the OEM gp 760 I have. Finish looks cheap...

No thrust washer= midshaft breaking in that location many times

Got it, Thanks.

It also looks like I need to machine my GP 760 Midshaft, and cut new threads, because the coupler doesn't sit flush and it will not let me bolt the motor.

Is it ok to stack washers, and what is minimum spline engagement?

Right now it feels like the shaft is sitting at 1/4" back.
