Make sure the throttle cable is not holding the carbs open. Take the air filter off and make sure both throttle plates are closed completely. If those items are not the issue you may not have enough fuel going into the carb due to an air leak. Primer plungers are known to fail and let air into the system. Can you give more details? Is this a new engine and your trying to start it for the first time or an older engine and problem just started?

This is only a one hour engine everything was good i only was trying to tune the carbs and didn’t tune them perfectly and left sitting in the workshop for while and now am trying to turn it on bu whenever it turns on it it stays for around two seconds and when i give it a little throttle it goes for full throttle as it has air leak and won’t turn off,the throttle plates are perfect but i can’t find any air leak i just checked the fuel tank it hold pressure inside all good and tightend the carbs and manifold all good but can’t identify the problem

Where are the low screws set at? May need to Open the low end screws up. It may be a lean condition from lack of fuel.

The leak won't be on the pipe side of the engine. It will be carbs, intake, case or crank seals. How are you checking for a leak?

I mean the fuel lines,i checked the carbs they are tight and checked the intake it is tight and the gasket looks good and checked the fuel tank if it hold pressure inside it

Typical starting point for screws is 1 turn out on lows and 1 and a 1/2 turn out on the high. Open the low screw to 1 turn out it may solve ur problem.
