What would cause this? The one sleeve is missing sooo much metal and the other one is starting to crack?

The crank seems fine, but I'm not an expert. The bearings spin freely and the rods dont wiggle too muchI'd take a good long look at the crank. My sleeves looked like that when my crank went.

Full throttle powersports originally built the motor and did the porting. Art tried to clean it up as much as he could, but the porting was retarded. When I bought the motor it needed new cases and a new crank. Jetworks rebuilt itI believe Jetworks went through it last, but I don't think it was his porting originally.

Ya thats the one, I bought the motor off mcdog who bought it off another forum member. Art didn't have to many nice things to say about the guy building motors at full throttle powersportsAre you talking about the same Full Throttle that bought 24/7 Innovations.......... I think I remember you posting about this motor when you bought it........
I should have put a disclaimer, this motor DID NOT come from FTM in Canada. It kind of sucks you have the same name as them, but I dont think there in business anymore? Right?That full throttle was not me. Right after I named my business I realized that the guy that bought 24/7 was called that. Thinking about changing it.
The sleeves look pretty thin but I have ran some pretty thin sleeves in the past. If you need help fixing that thing let me know. Just built a flat top 87mm big bore for my SJ and it rips.
