I know you said it was a BB but what was it bored out to? Were new sleeves installed? How much Compression were you running?

It was on its final bore and I'm running 36cc domes so I think thats 180psi

The crank seems fine, but I'm not an expert. The bearings spin freely and the rods dont wiggle too much

I believe Jetworks went through it last, but I don't think it was his porting originally.

The motor failed because the cylinder sleeve cracked and got ingested in the motor.
I think the sleeve already had a hairline crack in it (where it originally broke) and finally gave out after a few tanks. Maybe the sleeve was hit (cylinder dropped) before installation and put together without properly inspecting it.

Full throttle powersports originally built the motor and did the porting. Art tried to clean it up as much as he could, but the porting was retarded. When I bought the motor it needed new cases and a new crank. Jetworks rebuilt it

That full throttle was not me. Right after I named my business I realized that the guy that bought 24/7 was called that. Thinking about changing it.
The sleeves look pretty thin but I have ran some pretty thin sleeves in the past. If you need help fixing that thing let me know. Just built a flat top 87mm big bore for my SJ and it rips.

Ya thats the one, I bought the motor off mcdog who bought it off another forum member. Art didn't have to many nice things to say about the guy building motors at full throttle powersports
I should have put a disclaimer, this motor DID NOT come from FTM in Canada. It kind of sucks you have the same name as them, but I dont think there in business anymore? Right?
