Its been a while, I freakin hate these colors and cant tell the difference between bold and non bold read not read etc

Is there some way I can go back to the old boring blue?

Also, I used to be able to search for thread started by.... I cant figure out how now.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

If took a little while to get used to. I didn't like the new layout at first either. I still search with google if I want to find something on the x.

Boring Blue is gone, it's too much work to try to keep 2 different threads updated/functioning the same.

To search by a user, just click in the search box and it expands to show search by username. Alternatively you can go to someone's profile and use the different tabs to look at stuff.

This new setup is easier, more intuitive, just look around and you'll see everything you need plus a bunch more.

One more question, I cant seem to delete old PMs

Click on the little box next to it. then click on the pop up that says leave conversation.

You rock! I kept selecting all then using the drop down and hitting delete an nothing happend.

The text color does not contrast well with the post backgrounds and the post backgroudns do not contrast with the page background.

You click on the person you want to talk to and hit start conversation. It took a minute to get used to, but I like the contrast, layout ect. Its a great site and tool for jet ski enthusiasts. Give it a lil time.

Sorry man but I totally disagree. I absolutely love this color scheme. you know what they say, once you go black you never go back The layout is super easy to navigate IMO. I belong to several forums for various hobbies and the layout of this one is by far my favorite. and on top of that it has some of the best moderation I've seen. Not too many people get out of line and those that do get addressed asap. They do one hell of a job weeding out the idiots. It keeps the community friendly. I cant say enough about this place. Its the only thing that keeps me sane at work. Many thanks to those that keep this going!

I'm with fpf here.. I prefer this forum over most others I belong to(other than gosmokemeat, of course).. granted most of my browsing is done mobile from inside my beer can.. its kind of like a stand up ski.. it takes some getting used to but once you figure it out you'll never go back to a couch..

How do you tag someones name in a post? thats one thing i havent figured out yet.

Just type @ and start typing their name, it will start suggesting matches.
