Help! What motor do I have?

Should probably disclose here that I work for a Government Agency that (amongst other things) deals with consumer affairs.

At this stage we have a forum member claiming that they have purchased a "61 x" motor. At face value this is not what the purchaser received. We do not have the seller's description of the item. We have an incomplete description of the motor.

Just sayin' that we need to establish a fuller picture of this situation and the purchaser will need as much evidence to support their claim that the product they received was not "as advertised".

Not pointing the finger at either the seller or buyer. I am just saying that from the point of view of the law a claim against the seller would likely fail based on the limited information available at this time.

More pictures and the wording (verbatim) of the seller's eBay listing, please!

The 6m6 Cyl works good for stroker engines as they have lower transfer ports then 61x.
But you do have to sleeve it if you want a reliable 81+mm bore

Alright. Well good news is I contacted the seller and after some arguing back and forth he is willing to let me return it for a full refund. He initially offered to bore it and sell me pistons for 150 bucks and I said no way. This motor should have dropped in as is without me paying more and then rebuilding it. Not to mention the port timing and size are different between the two so it'd never make the same power as a true 61x. Then he offered to find me a 61x cylinder and provide pistons. At that point I told him straight up I just want a refund. I have no idea what else could be wrong with this motor. Maybe the cases are mismatched from 2 different 61x etc. So it'll be shipping out today. Thanks for the info guys and I'm glad I caught it before the manifold was bolted up or I would have never seen it. Then ide be wondering why my new motor feels no more powerful than the 650 it replaced.
