Help with Hood Cracks (Visible in primer coat)

I started painting my ski this weekend and ran into a little bit of an issue. The hood has cracks in it most likely from landing upside down. It weighed almost 2x as much as it should’ve before I started working on which is why I think these happened.

I have sprayed a total of 2 coats on the hood with epoxy primer. They are a lot more visible since I primed it. I’m stuck, what should I do to fix them?

The only reason why it might not be getting paint in the crack is because the setting on my paint gun aren’t completely dialed in possibly that’s what I’ll try tomorrow possibly.

Cracks will show up no matter what primer or paint you put over it, fix the cracks, then fair it with epoxy and fairing compound, reprime and paint
