HELP WITH USPS

Hey guys!
Is there anyone out there that could give me a hand. Ordered myself a new tiltsystem + some other stuffs 4 months ago. It is sent thru USPS and there hasn't been an update since 10th september, after the first try of shipping. After that it was completely quiet, until 16th November when the package shows up and it resends out again.. But i haven't got any parts and the company i bought it from doesn't giving me the help you expect to get for solve this kinds of problems.. I mean customer is customer.......

Im living in Sweden, and just don't know how i'm gonna solve this.

My wondering is just if someone here on the forum or someone that know someone who work or know anyone at USPS can help me out with some information about the shipping?
Any help would be much appreciated!

USPS is pretty reliable, but once the package hits customs on your end, it's out of their hands. It might have gotten stuck in customs, or the issue is on whatever parcel company handles the delivery once in your country.

Yes understands if it has arrived in Sweden, they have done "their" work.

But what i thinking is. That USPS should be able to give me real information that the package has been shipped over seas and arrived in Sweden.
Because both times it has been shipped around in Us now, and the online tracking has stopped at the same point both times. And after that nothing more information.

Have you called USPS yet? Typically they will start a case and look for the package once you call them. That’s pretty much always the first step.

Yes the guy on the company called them one - two months ago. But they didn't really had any answer about where it was. And after 2 weeks it's just showed up and they re send it again, exactly the same route again in US. Then just "died" again.

I assume that when it "shows up", you mean it is returned to the sender?

USPS is good in the US but they hand off to similar entities in foreign countries. I recommend that they resend it via Fedex, UPS or any other carrier that actually operates in other countries.

No never returned to the seller. From nowhere my tracking number just updates and i can see it ships from the state it was send from at the beginning. But the company never seen or heard about the package. Atleast what he told me...

Yes exactly! My point with this thread is just to solve this annoying problem, i mean we talk about parts for 1800$.
And in my opinion the company should just wanna help the customers and solve it without that im gonna be sitting here and cry for you all..
But after 4 months without ANY information you get pissed off....

That's why i started this thread, maybe someone work at usps or just any good help and information can help me find the shipping...

When your sitting over the seas you don't have that much to come with... :p

Well 2 things.
The seller and sender, has an obligation to insure that the parcel is insured for the full amount.
If they are that poor and communication and dosent offer anymore help when throwing down 1800 USD, i would talk to my bank about making a claim to get the money back or at least ask them how you will sercure youself best, if the parcel dosent show up.
Its beyond frustrating to be in Europe and buy parts from ex. USA and experience some dealers trying to shortcut you, maybe because you are in a diffrent continent - IDK.

This in red, where did the package show up at?? If you can PM me or post on here the tracking # used. I can get it to my friend that does work for the USPS and see what she can find out. Any dates, times and who shipped it would be needed and or help also.
 
So this thread is about a package that arrived, although tracking got stalled midway thru (at the border likely), and now hes pissed that nobody will respond? I think you should be happy it showed up.

Condensed version;

The package never arrived, it was a duplicate notification of the original tracking notice that showed up after a couple weeks.

So, he’s been out $1800 for the last 4 months and has nothing more than a shipping notice to show for it.

He’s upset and looking for more information, or his package, the latter is preferred.
