Squish is at .047, .5 base gasket, 35cc domes, 230psi...
That is really really weird. Did you verify it with another gauge?

@m5 just had a thread about this issue.
One cylinder was off due to a bent ring. Maybe this guy messed up both rings upon install? Seems odd

Rings were floating fine when I installed the cylinder after checking the base gasket. This might be a stupid question but if I went too heavy on the grease for the o rings and it squeezed into the combustion chamber could that be throwing it off?

Update... Finally got the ski put together and was able to fire it up. After 20 seconds running checked comp and she's pushing 200 a hole. I'm gonna say the grease used on the o rings was the culprit.
