High low screw on mikuni carb

So trying to dial in my superjet and my 38mm dual carb high low mixture screw are hidden under what appears to be a cap. looked through the internet and called my local shop on how to remove said cap and no advice to be found any tips other than drilling out the caps? seems like the cap is sealed in their some how? Are these carbs not meant to be adjusted? Carbs were not messed with any way from factory bought the ski New in 06. any help would be appreciated

Come from factory like that so you can't eff w/ em and blow up ur engine. They need to be drilled out to make adjustable

Drill a hole thru not too deep, just through the brass. Use a pick or an ez out and they pop out

Drill them out. Jetworks makes some long reach finger adjusters for the 06+ carbs like yours.
