High Roller Amp Hull Build

New to me ugly duckling freestyle hull.
Set up for a 144 pump and 701
Plans are to build a gravel pits/river bomber that will see a little bit of Lake Michigan surf. Rumor has it this thing sat at the bottom of Havasu or Erie for a while... maybe both? Idk haha oh well she’s mine now as ugly as it may be.

Hahahaha that’s hilarious! Do you know who’s ski it was at the time? I am looking for pics of the motor, exhaust and tank setup?

At the time it belonged to Jordan Darling, Who also has notoriety here for creating and launching the Freeform hulls. I cannot remember the engine specifics. I believe his was a OE 144 pump on Coffman pipe and 61x motor. Fyi you can find the for sale ad on this in the older threads

Did it ride decent? Flippable?

I have no idea man, Not mine to comment on. I just remember the ski and reading about the sinking ordeal and eventually it was posted for sale long ago

Did you get that in cedar lake Indiana I remember it being for sale over a year the guy that had it got it with a pump in it for 500 bucks or something then took the pump and driveline out and was selling it for 1500 how much did you end up getting it for

That's good that he loosened up on that stuff it was coming as a stripped hull when I was talking to him only including that pole

Ya Ross I live right by the S Cedar end of the pits. Remember me showing you this hull on my phone at port Sheldon? I sold my clapped out 650sx and bought this hull haha

Haha ya ya. Did you try throwing a flip yet or what? What size pump is in that beast?

Congrats on the buy, look forward to the build. Out of curiosity how long is your truck box? and how long is that hull? as it looks super small and as if it could fit with the tail gate closed.

It’s a short bed 6’6” but not sure how long the ski is... I’ll measure it later today. It fits in with the tailgate shut right now but not sure it will when the pump is installed especially if I put a trim nozzle on it.

I’ve tried a few. Only ridden it a few times aswell though. It’s a stock Krash 144.... needs some lovin. Might swap over to a fixed steer this summer we shall see. Shoot me a text I’d love to swing by and check your hull out and what not
