I met a black dude one time on a couch.... You won't find many brothas taking to the ocean... not sure why??? We have a decent population here in Daytona, but never see em on the beach too much... I do see more black girls on the beach than I do fellas though...

To answer your question... I'm sure it's been done somewhere... I doubt in the US though...
