Just cut and welded up a big batch of these. Some are going to the powder coater and some are getting paint. If you want a crazy powdercoat color let me know soon.

We just upgraded all of the haulers from carpet to trex plastic sliders. No more carpet. This was an added cost but worth every penny because the carpet overtime would breakdown but the trex will last forever

Do you guys by chance have any sort of system to 1 man the jetski on to the hitch hauler? Such as a vertical winch/crane or possibly a way to lower and raise it when loading?
It's super easy 1 man system. If you have a shop cart you can slide it on and off the car easy. And just back in the water slide it off and on. I do it by myself all the time.

No more carpet on these, we have plastic bunks now that make it nice and easy to slide!

Anyone who wants to pick one up at WaveDaze needs to pay before we leave next week. We are leavening Wednesday.

First off we are not making you buy anything so we are not just charging you $25.

We have been selling these haulers for years and this thread was started before we changed to trex. Wood and carpet was cheap but the feed back we got was that they got gross and the carpet would break down after 2 seasons. So we made the change to trex just in April after a fellow XH2O member told us he could get us 2x4 trex (it's hard to find and big $) so the added cost to the haulers was $25 so this last batch I spent an extra $1,000 to fit all the haulers with trex. I'm not making anymore money the increase per hauler was $25 so we just put that over to the buyer.

As for the CT sales tax that is not true. You don't have to pay sales tax the price on the site is $200 and that's what you pay.

The at WaveDaze price for a hauler with trex will be $200. Coated $300 with trex.

Hey you can always go buy a $500 that isn't even half as nice or as strong for the other guys.

We make a great product and we just made it better with trex. And anyone that knows us or has bought from us knows your post couldn't be any further from the truth. We are not trying to screw anyone, if anything we are the guys trying to help bring products at a low price.
You can stop by our display at Wavedaze and have a few "free" beers on us or come to the Rad Dudes after party Saturday where we are paying for free food and beer for everyone. Maybe that will make you feel better about your $25 you don't want to spend on $25 worth of trex.

Yes PM one of us if you ever have a problem with one of our products. It's not like we are new to this and just started selling these. There are over 100 people out there using and loving these haulers. And Rad Dudes have been a active sponsor of WaveDaze the pasts few years. So don't make it sound like we are trying to pull anything over on anyone. Sorry man I'm very disappointed with your post.

I got mine and I love it... Tested it out on the 100 Mile Drive from Columbus to Cleveland... ONE Problem Though.. the hole was not drilled big enough to accept a standard hitch pin! I tried 3 different pins I had and even a brand new pin from autozone... Had to coble it together with a bolt... even still it made it home 100 miles plus driving around town no problems... Great product...

The pin holes are all drilled before paint and are very tight. You want them tight because if the pin hole has slop the whole thing will have slop. Give it a quick hit with a drill if your pin didn't fit.

As for straping. Get endless loop straps. There is no need for eyelets on these things we only pre drill the holes because so many guy think they need them. Run a endless loop from the front around the frame and back and then a loop around the rode plate and back to the frame. The extra from the strap can be used to hold the pole down. And a 3rd around the whole ski over the tray if you think you need it. The eyelets look cool and seem like they would be what you need. But really it's just having the right strap and knowing how to tie it down.

The main tube length was made long to clear spare tires on jeeps and be able to open hatches on SUVs and tailgates on trucks. You can alway cut it shorter is you wanted but if we made them all short it isn't easy to make them longer. That's why we started long to give the customer a choice.
