Wilder holds the WBC Title....Fury Hold the WBA, WBO, RING Magazine Title....Recognized Lineal Champion, and Transitional Boxing Ranking Board champion

Boxing is not like UFC....Fighters dont fight under "WBC", "WBA", etc....They are all in a Global Sport and can be Ranked by all 4 of the Sanctioning bodies...

Fury Holds the Lineal Title that John L Sullivan, Jack Dempsey, Joe Louis, Rocky Marciano, Muhammad Ali, etc held.....Wilder is a Contender to that title...

Was that the b sample from the test he failed or a completely diff test? If b sample, and a sample showed only very small traces, let them fight !!!!

The B sample from the Arpil 27th Test came back with Similar Results as the first one...70 Nanograms...which iv heard is Legal under VADA at that level....Test from May 17th came back Clean.....reportedly....if the fight had happened in December 2015 this would have never been an issue as what he tested for was legal until then.....but sich is the world of boxing:rolleyes:

Over my head, I dont follow it. Just cool to pull into sam's and see a Hummer with gold 24's and 4 guys get out all blinged up and the driver is Deontay........ Local Boy. Use to work as a waiter at Red Lobster and then Delivered Beer for the local Budweiser Distributor. Lived down the street until a year ago or so. His Trainer and I grew up together playing Football down the street!

i watched some highlights and i'm no boxing expert but his technique seems poor. when he was trying to finish arreola his punches seemed like a schoolyard fight. i really think when he gets in with a top teir heavyweight he will be out classed but what do i know. hope the povetkin fight happens

It is...esp when trying to Finish a fighter.....for such a high KO% he is a very Poor finisher(he gets so wide and off Balance he Smothers his own punches and the other guy is allowed to hold on and ride out the storm) if he does not stop you with 1 punch....He has fought a Total of 1 Top 10 heavy(According to RING and TBRB), That being Stiverne and he went the distance....He has his Loyal Fans but alot in the hardcore boxing fan community are getting pretty fed up with his Poor "Title" Defense opponents...Most gave him a pass for this cause of the Povetkin Situation but doubt he will be getting Many more if he does not fight a Fury/Wladimir/Joshua/Povetkin/Parker type opponent next....

he talkes about it all the time....but he has yet to face anyone ranked in the top 10 since he won the title vs a barley top 10 Stiverne lol......His Team has no confidence in him....nearly 40 fights and has fought 1 top ten guy....in comparison Klitschko fought Top 10 guy after top 10 guy for 10 years as Champion

Lets see, scheduled to fight that Russian fighter who failed drug test 1 week before they were supposed to fight. Broke his arm the next fight which was a very quickly scheduled replacement fight.

He fractured his hand....not a broken arm

It's been over 2 years since he fought a top ten guy....plenty of time has been wasted....Hopefully a fight with Parker or Joshua/Klitschko is next but I doubt it as i just read that the WBC has Orderd he fights Stiverne Again....Pathetic....

Did not see any of it. He has been very outspoken about getting all the different boxing divisions under one title. If that does happen. Then there should be all the top fighters stacked up to fight each other. I had no idea there were so many different organizations of the same level.

It Will Never Happen, nothing any fighter ever says or does will change it....the Closest thin we have is the Transition Boxing Rankings Board and the Ring Magazine title

TBRB Ranks Wilder #4 with the Championship Vacant....had Been Tyson Fury but he was out for over a year for Various reasons

Ring Magazine Ranks Wilder #2 Behind Champion Tyson Fury and Former Champion Wladimir Klitschko

As it is....All these Guys Can fight each other and unify Titles....at one point recently Wladimir Klitschko held the WBA, WBO, IBF, IBO, RING Magazine titles.....

Wilders Team for whatever reason just does not show confidence in him to get him the Fights with the other top guys up to this point....
