I think the problem pete had with cracking was that he cut out all the support to put his battery under the seat and didnt resupport it till after it cracked. So yeah , if you do any disecting under the seat be sure to resupport.

i got lucky and didnt have those problems at daytona, but there were others :rocketwhore:

dude im counting the days now till the chicken bone im so f'en pumped after daytona. the only reason im ok with it being 3 months aways is because i still have to get 2 ski's built by then :439:
and btw i was using an R&D o-ring head at daytona on the 650 it pushed 200 psi and made an incredible difference in my ski it had tons more brap!!!!! im sure you will love it

Cool pics. I was going to open up my tray like that to install an inline resonator for the rear exhaust but decided on an SJ waterbox in the nose.
Might be something to think about for you though since its already open. You can get one on Ebay for cheap.....sweetemos? I think.
