Custom/Hybrid Home made ride plate

So here is my ride plate im making. last layer is going to be carbon fiber but this is the basic idea. any thoughts, comments, anything i would be good thanks

"D" cut out has to be cut still

Thanks i took my time, and just picture it with a carbon layer. also anyone try a "D" cut and a straight (like my fiber glass one is now)?

well done. I've been toying with a ride plate mold, but trying to be too detailed resulted in failure.

make another one and D cut it then swap them and see which you prefer.

ya i screwed around with a few molds then i just thought of using the stock plate as a mold and turned out it worked!
thats a good call i might try it as is then cut the "D" and then if the cut is worse then ill make another one

D cut is good! Tried mine for the first time today, makes it feel lighter, bouncy, and the nose comes up easier.

did any of you hear of removing the spacer between the pump and nozzle to make the front end come up easier? I heard that helps to, but haven't tried it yet.

someone flipped the spacer on my brothers 750sx and its caused massive porposing.

Hey, how did it turn out when you put it on your ski? Ive been wanting to do this but I thought If i used the old plate as a mold, the plates would end up being different and it wouldn't fit in properly?

I was out on my buddy's the other day and he bought the blowsion one and i agree it is more agile but it seems to slide out really easily so once i get some time im going to finish it up and not "D" cut it and i hope i get somewhere in the middle.

I'm not following what spacer are you referring to?

As I understand (since I haven't done it yet) it is the spacer between the outlet housing and pump. Part # 92026 in the following diagram
