Homemade carbon rideplate

I only made the extra one for Shane since he asked, it was the second I made. I'm not trying to retire making rideplates. Glad to hear it is still holding up.
With my -3 OEM hull, I ended up keeping a slightly extended alum plate on it. Still keeps the nose up for surf, but does not 'bob' as much when getting on plane as the supershort one. I love it.
I still need to make myself another carbon/glass one std length and D cut it to try out.
Shortened OEM hulls rock!
