Making custom pump shoe plug, to fit skat 144mm mag pump in kawasaki hull:

Stock rideplate rub the pump, because larger diameter so i make my own plate...

Next step, motor mounts are glued, exhaust tube and one way valve tube fitted. Both hull parts are glued together.

No Envy or Trinity, it's different :) Bottom part is stock 800sx-r, shortened. Top part: my design. Hull weight 35kg ( with scupper, turf, plumbing and pump shoe ) hood - 5kg. All multiaxial fiberglass with vinil ester resin.
Ski weight with full tank of gass 125kg ( ready to ride )

dude neat way of piecing together a ski, never really seen it like that before might have to do that someday if the money alows to buy top deck and bottom seperate and have a nice powerplant : )
