Ok, so I have rebuilt this thing 4 times throughout its life and have never had this issue. It idles great but when I hit the throttle it bogs and dies. If I give it gradual throttle it will rev up. I just freshened the motor up... new 76mm weisco piston, new webcams camshaft (236 grind), new webcams hardened rockers with the same 400ex carb I have been using for years now. I am wondering if possibly an adjustment on the carb got tweaked from being apart for 4 years. I have already checked the carb for trash and it is clean. I was thinking the low speed jet may have been clogged but nope. Anyone have any ideas?
